Lee’s professional journey began with an educational background in Mechatronics, but his passion for technology and consultative problem-solving led him into the world of tech recruitment.

With over 15 years’ experience in technical recruitment, including 9 years leading and scaling high-performing tech recruitment teams, Lee has developed a deep understanding of what effective hiring looks like in the technology sector.

He founded Talent Aligned to bridge the knowledge gap between traditional recruitment agencies and tech businesses looking to hire. While many agencies claim to be specialists, they often lack the educational and technical foundation required to truly understand roles, challenges, and hiring needs. This disconnect can limit meaningful consultation and long-term hiring success.
