About Sebastião

​Sebastião’s career began in the worlds of marketing and real estate. From managing high-volume lead generation to building digital brands, he learned early on that clear communication and persistence are the foundations of any real professional relationship.

A defining moment came in 2021 when he co-founded a sustainability venture that reached the Red Bull Basement global finals. Developing a system to repurpose coffee grounds into methane-capturing filters gave him a firsthand "founder’s perspective" on the challenges of scaling a technical concept into a functional business. 

Later, as a Business Manager, Sebastião managed international portfolios and validated tech talent for complex projects. This experience highlighted a common gap in recruitment: the need for a deeper technical understanding to truly support a business.

Now, he uses his background in strategy and fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish, to provide an informed, consultative approach to hiring.

Outside of work, Sebastião stays grounded through surfing, Muay Thai, and the gym, finding that the discipline of sports translates directly to professional challenges.

An easy-going traveller at heart, he is always interested in exploring new cultures and keeping a good sense of humour through the day-to-day.
