Key Responsibilities

• Execute planned preventative maintenance across your designated Queensland territory.

• Respond swiftly to breakdowns to minimize equipment downtime.

• Perform advanced fault finding and troubleshooting on intricate electronic and electrical systems.

• Manage and implement system upgrades and technical modifications.

• Provide expert technical support and maintain excellent relationships with end users.

The Ideal Profile

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer with a solid foundation in electrical or electronic engineering.

• Hands-on experience with MRI and pathology equipment or complex laser systems is highly desirable.
• ​​​​​​​Experience with advanced laser equipment in other industries is also a benefit.

• Exceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities.

• A background in Biomedical Engineering is advantageous but not essential.

• A proactive approach to continuous learning and technical improvement.
