Our client delivers end-to-end climate excellence for Sydney’s most exclusive properties with project values ranging from $5M and up.

As the business experiences rapid growth, they are seeking a Construction & Installations Manager to take the reins of their site operations. This is a pivotal, hands-on leadership role designed for a "take-charge" professional who values quality over quantity.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Director, you will be the bridge between complex engineering designs and flawless site execution. You will lead a dedicated team of 3–4 installers, ensuring that every project is delivered to the exacting standards required by Sydney’s leading builders and luxury homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on Leadership: Lead from the front "on the tools" while supervising and mentoring a team of installers.

• Technical Problem Solving: Act as the final point of escalation for complex installation and technical challenges.

• Project Logistics: Manage equipment, factory organisation, and system readiness to ensure the team operates at peak efficiency.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with premium builders, high-net-worth clients, and cross-functional trades.

• Operational Excellence: Maintain a strict focus on project completion and quality, ensuring every system is commissioned to perfection.

What You Bring

You are a highly experienced HVAC professional with a reputation for technical brilliance and a "get it done" attitude. You don't just put in the hours; you take pride in the finished product.

• Qualified Tradesperson: Valid Australian HVAC, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration licenses.

• Electrical Aptitude: A strong understanding of electrical theory and fault diagnosis (an Electrical License is highly regarded).

• Communication: Exceptional English communication skills are essential for coordinating with luxury homeowners and site consultants.

• Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage a small team and navigate the pressures of high-end construction sites.

• Reliability: A valid driver’s license and a track record of professional commitment.
