The Technical Ecosystem

We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable navigating a modern, integrated stack. Your expertise will be focused on:

  • Endpoint Management: Intune (Endpoint Management Systems) & Entra ID environment.

  • Operating Systems: Windows OS, Desktop/Laptop fleet management, and Apple mobile device support.

  • Productivity Power: Intermediate to Advanced M365 Office Suite support.

  • Automation & Deployment: Application packaging and deployment using PowerShell or Power Automate.

  • Collaboration Tools: Cisco Webex and Microsoft Teams (Audio Visual & Unified Communications).

  • Network Admin: Supporting Microsoft Active Directory and associated SOE environments.


The Role

As an integral part of the Business Support Services division, you will provide 1st and 2nd level support across the Sydney office while collaborating remotely with the Brisbane team.

  • Rapid Response: Efficiently managing a high volume of hardware, software, and AV tickets.

  • Lifecycle Management: Leading the onboarding/offboarding process, including provisioning and asset registry.

  • Proactive Maintenance: Assisting with application patches, vulnerability reporting, and remediation.

  • Availability: Participating in a 24-hour on-call roster occasionally as required to support a global client base.

About You

You are a polished professional who understands the nuances of working within a consultancy or legal environment. You are quick on your feet but never sacrifice attention to detail.

  • Experience: Over 3 years in a corporate IT support role (Legal or Professional Services experience is a significant advantage).

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you can translate "tech-speak" for senior legal partners.

  • Mindset: Reliable, trustworthy, and driven by continuous improvement.
