The Opportunity: Supporting a robust base of over 350 business customers, you will act as the technical backbone and a strategic consultant. You’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless connectivity while proactively identifying how new cloud, VOIP, phone, network and security solutions can add value to your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Excellence: Provide high-level remote and in-house support of a range of products and services

• Network Security: Manage networking, firewalls, and cybersecurity implementations among others. 

• On-Site Consulting: Visit customer sites to deliver hands-on technical solutions.

• Commercial Growth: Proactively cross-sell and upsell services to grow your business. You will have the help of EDM marketing campaigns & BDMs to help generate leads.

What You’ll Need:

• A strong technical foundation in networking, telephony, and NBN systems.

• The ability to engage with customers and a proven knack for driving revenue.

• A proactive "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills.

• A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.
