The Opportunity

Talent Aligned is proud to partner with a trailblazing Australian Tech organisation that is redefining connectivity in the environmental and resource monitoring space. With over 20,000 devices deployed,  this firm is bridging the gap between remote physical assets and data-driven insights.

Having secured significant investment, they are now entering a period of rapid product expansion. We are seeking a Delivery/Project Manager who can take the wheel and ensure that complex, multi-disciplinary projects move from the boardroom vision to global execution.

The Role

This is a high-visibility position reporting directly to the executive leadership team. As the Delivery Manager, you are the engine room of the organisation. Your primary mission is accountability: ensuring that every milestone is met, every stakeholder is informed, and every team member is focused on the target.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Execution: Taking high-level product roadmaps and board-level objectives and turning them into actionable, phased delivery plans.

  • Driving Accountability: Leading horizontal coordination across IT, Engineering, Product Development, and UI/UX teams.

  • Strategic Reporting: Utilizing modern project management tools, such as Monday.com, to provide clear, real-time visibility on project health to the CTO and CEO.

  • Stakeholder Management: Navigating complex discussions and holding teams to account on deadlines, ensuring the "how" and the "when" of delivery are never in doubt.

  • Process Improvement: Refining the delivery framework to support a rapidly scaling product range, moving from niche solutions to a comprehensive "control center" ecosystem.

Your Toolkit

We are looking for an assertive professional who thrives in the fast-paced environment of a scale-up. You are not required to be an engineer. In fact, your value lies in your ability to maintain a high-level delivery perspective without getting lost in technical minutiae.

To be successful, you will need:

  • Proven Delivery Experience: A strong background in project or program management, specifically within technology-centric or high tech Engineering related environments.

  • Assertive Leadership: The confidence to have hard conversations and the energy to keep teams moving forward under tight deadlines.

  • Exceptional Communication: Top-tier verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to present complex project statuses with clarity and authority.

  • Organizational Mastery: A natural affinity for structure, Gantt charts, and methodical planning.

  • Collaborative Spirit: A preference for high-touch, face-to-face collaboration. This role is based in our client’s Sydney North Shore office five days a week to facilitate real-time problem solving and brainstorming.

The Rewards

Our client offers a professional, energetic environment where your impact is felt immediately.

  • Competitive Package dependent on experience

  • Direct Impact: Work horizontally across the entire executive team, including the CTO, CEO, and Head of Product.

  • Growth Potential: As a key hire during a period of heavy investment, you will have the opportunity to grow alongside the business as they expand their global footprint.

  • Innovative Culture: Be part of a team that is solving real-world problems by connecting the previously unconnected.

How to Align Your Future

This is a full-time, office-based role located on Sydney’s North Shore. If you are a senior project professional with the energy to lead a world-class high tech scale-up through its next phase of growth, we would love to hear from you.
