Due to a significant frontlog of landmark projects in Melbourne including major $350m+ developments we are seeking a heavy-hitting Senior Project Manager to lead from the front.

This isn't just a management role; it’s an opportunity to deliver the projects that define the city skyline.

The Role

You will take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring high-value mechanical packages meet rigorous budget, time, and quality benchmarks.
You will be supported by a cohesive team environment but expected to bring the "energy and drive" required to navigate complex stakeholder environments and Tier 1 head contractors.

What you bring

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience delivering major mechanical services projects (HVAC) within the Australian market.

• Commercial Acumen: Expert knowledge of project costing, budget management, and contract administration (D&C experience is highly regarded).

• Leadership: The ability to manage subcontractors and suppliers with a focus on "getting it done" without compromising on safety or quality.

• Communication: Exceptional ability to align customer expectations with site reality.
