Salesforce Solutions Architect – (Omnistudio)
Location: Sydney, NSW
6-Month Contract

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Consultant to deliver a Proof of Concept (PoC) that demonstrates the power of Salesforce’s Public Sector capabilities across licensing, permitting, compliance, and case management.

This PoC will test the platform’s ability to meet complex functional and non-functional requirements — including integration and data migration — with minimal customisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and deliver a Salesforce-based PoC tailored to public sector workflows

  • Validate the platform’s fit for purpose across functional areas and technical integrations

  • Run in-depth stakeholder workshops to uncover process challenges and propose platform-aligned improvements

  • Showcase capabilities across Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Field Service, Core, and Public Sector Solutions (PSS)

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong Salesforce background across Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Field Services, and Core modules
  •  Public Sector Solutions (PSS) experience highly regarded
  • Excellent facilitation and workshop skills – comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and unpacking complex business needs
  • Experience in data migration, systems integration, and delivering solutions with minimal custom development
  •  Proven ability to operate within regulated or government environments
