Are you early in your Revit or BIM career and ready to take the next step?

We’re working with a well-established building services contractor that is growing its drafting and BIM team and looking for motivated junior to mid-level Revit users who want real project exposure, structured support, and a clear pathway to grow their skills.

Whether you already have some HVAC/building services experience, or you’re a strong Revit modeller looking to move into the sector, this could be the perfect step forward.

This is not a “sit in the corner and draw” role. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, learning from experienced engineers and senior BIM leads while working on large commercial and healthcare projects.

What You’ll Be Working On

You’ll gain hands-on exposure across:

• Revit modelling and documentation
• BIM coordination and clash detection
• Working on large hospital and commercial builds
• Modular / prefabricated plant room projects
• Digital-first workflows (no paper-based systems)
• Supporting engineers and senior drafters on live projects

You’ll be learning directly from experienced people who stay hands-on and enjoy mentoring.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• Solid Revit skills
• Understanding of modelling best practices and documentation
• Good communication and willingness to learn
• Team player with a proactive attitude

Nice to Have (not essential)

• HVAC or building services experience
• Exposure to MEP, electrical or plumbing drafting
• BIM coordination tools (Revizto/Navisworks etc.)
