We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to take the reins on high-stakes mechanical packages ranging from $20M to $100M, including state-of-the-art hospitals and data centres.

The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you won't just be "managing" a site; you will be the commercial and technical lead for major mechanical installations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Full end-to-end delivery of large-scale HVAC/Mechanical packages ($20M+).

• Mentoring and developing junior Project Managers to ensure the continued growth of the team.

• Driving high-quality outcomes through close collaboration with internal engineering and drafting departments.

• Financial oversight, procurement, and high-level stakeholder management.

About You

You are a seasoned professional with a deep-rooted understanding of HVAC systems. You don't just follow a plan; you understand the "why" behind the engineering.

To be successful, you will likely have:

• Proven Experience: A track record of delivering at least 5+ major mechanical projects (HVAC) with values exceeding $20M.

• Technical Background: A solid foundation in HVAC, Mechanical Plumbing, BMS, or Controls.

• Leadership Presence: The ability to walk into a $50M project and take full ownership, providing mentorship to the wider team.

• Commitment to Collaboration: You prefer the energy of a collaborative office over remote working and value the synergy of being present with your team.

• Local Knowledge: A strong understanding of Australian building codes and standards.
