This role is ideal for someone who wants to step into a growing business early, shape a vertical, bring on clients, and be part of the next phase as we scale with the support of a larger recruitment group.

• Strong Business Development ability - winning clients and growing accounts
• Ability to run a 360 desk with confidence
• A consultative, polished approach - we work on partnerships, not volume

• High drive, resilience, and ability to build a strong niche desk

Role Responsibilities

• Managing and growing your own specialist vertical
• Client development - BD, networking, nurturing long-term partnerships
• Sourcing, headhunting, and managing candidates end-to-end
• Working closely with the founder on strategy and growth
• Mentoring junior consultants as the team expands
• Playing a key role as the business scales with group backing
