Talent Aligned is growing and we’re looking for a motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our small, specialist team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales experience (retail, phone sales, B2B, door-to-door - any proactive environment)
  • Interest or background in Engineering or IT
  • Someone hungry, coachable, competitive, and proactive
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people
  • A drive to build relationships and succeed in Business Development
  • A genuine desire to build a recruitment career, not “just a job”

 

What The Role Involves

  • Sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, and building candidate pipelines
  • Supporting on engineering & technology roles from day one
  • Learning to handle clients and run your own desk
  • Business Development: prospecting, mapping the market, winning work
  • Developing a niche specialism within engineering or IT
